Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM)

TfGM will undertake an assurance role, on behalf of Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) as the scheme is funded by the Mayor's Challenge Fund (MCF). For funding to be released, the scheme will need to submit a Business Case for approval. The Review Panel will present approval recommendations to the Cycling and Walking Delivery Board (CWDB) and the Greater Manchester Cycling and Walking Board (GMCWB). The GMCWB will recommend schemes for Gateway Approval to the GMCA. Only once fully approved by the GMCA will schemes be granted relevant Gateway Approval status. Data gathered from this Commonplace will be included in the business case.
